Resolution No.(93): "Ruling on Investing Minor's Money by the Guardian"

Resolution No.(93) by the Board of Iftaa' Research and Islamic Studies:

"Ruling on Investing Minor's Money by the Guardian"

Date: 3/8/1426 AH 7/9/2005 AD

 

 

Answer: The Board  decided  that is unlawful to develop or to invest a minor's property in accordance with the ruling of Shariaa, Also the minor must  be guided to make lawful earnings and avoiding unlawful earnings .

As a result, it's lawful for a guardian to invest or to develop a minor's money on condition of a commitment before Sharia Judge to do so in line with its rulings.

In case the guardian fails to fulfill his duties, it is considered unlawful and he is responsible for the minor's money which requires to invalidate his custody. And Allah Knows Best.

Summarized Fatawaa

Talking to one's fiancée in Ramadan with romantic talk may lead to arousal, and if pre-ejaculate fluid (Madhy) is discharged as a result, it does not break the fast. However, it is advised to avoid actions that provoke desire and lead to this outcome. If semen (Mani) is discharged as a result, it does break the fast.
 
 
 
 
 

 

 

 

The discharge of Madhy doesn't invalidate one's fasting but it invalidates the ablution and his clothes must be washed because they are impure in this case. As for Mani, it breaks one's fast and making up invalidataed  is obligatory, beside; a Muslim suitor should abstain from these matters during Ramadan and not to degrade the holy month to this extent. What is the ruling on reciting verses of the Holy Quran on water, then drinking it?

It is permissible to recite Quran on water, then drink it as a kind of treatment since the Quran heals. Allah, The Almighty, Says (What means): "We send down (stage by stage) in the Qur’an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe: to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss." [Al-Isra`/82].

Is it permissible for a woman to adorn herself with kohl (eyeliner) and go out wearing it?

Kohl is a form of adornment, and it is forbidden for a woman to display her adornment to anyone other than her husband or a Mahram. And Allah Knows Best.

Is prayer nullified by nose bleed?

 All praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds.                                                                                                                                                                           Blood coming out of the nose, or a wound doesn`t nullify prayer regardless of its quantity. And Allah Knows Best.
