The General Ifta Department web site won the golden prize (first rank) as the best government electronic web site in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the year 2009.

Several formal web sites participated in the competition which was held by the JORDAN WEB AWARDS.

It is worth mentioning that there are several criteria adopted by the evaluation committee when choosing the winner site. Some of these criteria are related to the ideas, creativity, easy browsing, content, visual art, and degree of being interactive with site visitors.

If the menses exceeded 15 days then it is deemed menstruation, and in this case she is obliged to pray and fast and to do what was impermissible for her to do during the latter period. In addition, she is obliged to make an ablution for each obligatory prayer after it's due time and making sure that impuity is removed. What is the ruling on visiting a deceased's grave and supplicating Allah for him by his wife? Is the reward of reciting verses of the Holy Qur'an reaches the deceased?

There is no harm on visiting graveyard by woman with the intention of piety so long as they are dressed in accordance to the Islamic teachings. We ask Allah, The Almighty that the reward of reciting the Holy Qur'an on dedicated to the deceased reaches him. And Allah Knows Best.
