What is the ruling on a young man and a young woman having a love relation for the purpose of getting married?
It is forbidden for a man and a woman to have any kind of relation whether for marriage, or not because it leads to committing sin. Such relations include: private meetings, mixing, gazing, and seclusion (Khulwa). Accordingly, one who is sincere in his intentions should go to the woman`s guardian and ask for her hand in marriage.
What is the ruling on reciting the Chapter after Al-Faatihah , and what should a worshiper who forgets it do?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds. Any other part of Qur'an that a worshiper reads after Al-Faatihah during the first and the second Rak`ahs is a Sunnah, and forgetting to do so doesn`t nullify prayer, and doesn`t require performing Sujood As-Sahw (prostration of forgetfulness). Is it permissible to include others in the reward of one`s sacrifice?
Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon our Master the Messenger of Allah.
It is permissible for the one offering a sacrifice (al-muḍaḥḥī) to include another person in the reward of the sacrifice, but it is not permissible for them to share in the price of the sacrifice. It is stated in Mughnī al-Muḥtāj (Vol.6/P.137) by al-Khaṭīb al-Shirbīnī: "If he includes another in the reward of his sacrifice and slaughters it on his own behalf, it is permissible." And Allah Almighty knows best.
Is Zakah (obligatory charity) due on owned land?
Zakah is due on the land used as an article of merchandise and was originally bought for that end. Zakah is due on it at the end of every lunar year. Its value is estimated, and (2.5%) of the total value of all such lands owned by the questioner is given as Zakah. However, no Zakah is due on the land used for building a house, or an agricultural purpose.
