I swear that I will leave the religion of Allah if I return to smoking" and then returned to smoking. What is the ruling?
Whoever conditions disbelief on something and intends to disbelieve if it happens, he becomes a disbeliever immediately. However, if your work is merely documenting the reality, then I hope there is no sin upon you. The the pious predecessors (Salaf) used to take the tithe from the traders of the People of the Book, even if it included alcohol, after knowing the value of their goods. Is hair extension permissible?

It is impermissible for the man and the woman to apply a human`s hair as extension, but using artificial hair is permissible for the married woman after obtaining the approval of her husband so long as non-Mahrams don`t see her. And Allah Knows Best.
What is the ruling of Sharia on using IUD (Intrauterine device) temporarily and by mutual agreement of husband and wife?

There is nothing wrong with this if this device is used on temporary basis and by mutual agreement of husband and wife since this issue falls into family planning, which is allowed by Sharia. However, this is provided that the device is inserted by a female doctor and that it doesn`t cause harm to the woman. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
