What is the ruling on loudly sending prayers on the Prophet (PBUH ) after the call for prayer Athaan?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds Sending prayers on the Prophet after Athaan is a Sunnah for the Mou`zen (caller for prayer ) and the hearer. However, there is no harm in doing it loudly after the end of Athaan, but sometimes, it shouldn`t so that people wouldn`t think that it is an integral part of the Athaan. And Allah Knows Best.
A man who was on travel prayed Duhr as four Rakhas upon leaving Tafilah heading to Amman. However, on his way to Amman, he prayed Asir as two Rakhas (Shortened). Is what he did correct from an Islamic perspective?

What he did is correct; he is liable for nothing before Allah The Almighty, since combining and shortening prayers during travel are two separate concessions. Therefore, it is permissible for a traveler to shorten prayer without combining it with another. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
My father placed shares worth twenty dinars in one of the banks, and their value doubled to become five thousand dinars. When my father passed away, one of the scholars told us that it is permissible for us to take the money. This is the precautionary ruling regarding what you are asking about. You are entitled to the principal amount, and you should give the excess as charity to the poor and needy. Is touching a non-Mahram woman invalidates person's ablution?
