I work for a company whose manager refuses to allow employees to leave during work hours. Do I incur sin if I secretly went out to join the congregation at the Masjid? Is doing so considered a breach of trust?

In addition to four cases whereas woman inherits half share in comparison with man's share although they had the same degree of kinship with the deceased. It is prohibited to touch, or to shake hands with such women as they are considered strangers, and doing so nullifies ablution.
