Is it permissible for a praying person to make supplication in each Sajdah (a prostration) of obligatory prayer?
It is permissible for a praying person, whether praying individually, or in congregation, to make supplication during Sujood (prostration) in obligatory, or voluntary prayers. However, it is disliked for the Imam to do so since he is required to spare the prayer performers any sort of hardship, unless he is leading a certain group who don`t mind him extending the prayer.
Is it permissible for the guardian to give Sadaqa (voluntary charity) from the money of the orphans?
It is impermissible for the guardian to donate from the money of the orphans because he is entrusted with the safekeeping of that money, and is prohibited from donating it.
What is the ruling on having a second congregational prayer in the mosque?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions It is disliked to have a second congregational prayer in the mosque which isn`t visited by travelers like the neighborhood`s mosque, and which has an appointed Imam, save with the latter`s permission. Nevertheless, if the mosque is visited by travelers, it is permissible to have a second and a third congregational prayer, whether it has an appointed Imam or not, or whether he permits that or not. What should a woman who delayed making up for missed fast, due to menstruation, till the start of the next Ramadan?
Whosoever broke fasting in Ramadan, and was able to make up for it, but didn`t until the next Ramadan started, is obliged to make up for the missed days, and to pay the ransom as well. However, if he/she wasn`t able to before next Ramadhaan due to an excuse, then he/she should only make up for the missed days. And Allah Knows Best.
