My mother inherited a share from my late father`s and brother`s property; however, the inheritance, a piece of land, wasn`t divided amongst the eligible heirs because it was hard to sell. While alive, she used say that she wanted these shares to be distributed amongst the poor and needy. What is the ruling of Sharia on this?

This is a will, so we have to consider the estate she had left behind. If the piece of land, which she had willed, equals one third and less of her estate, then the will must be executed. But, if it is more than one third, then one third must be executed and the rest of the estate, if the heirs agreed, is to be executed as part of her will as well. However, if the heirs haven`t approved of that, then what remains, excluding that one third, must be divided amongst them according to the Islamic rules of inheritance. Is photography forbidden, such as photographs of children?

If there is a need for taking photographs of children or adults, then this is allowed. However, taking photographs of women shouldn`t be tolerated. Rather, they must be taken while wearing Hijab and must be kept in safe hands. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
A person bought a device through a usurious bank, and receives income from it every month after paying the bank for the price. Now the person regrets it, what should he do now?
This person has fallen into what is forbidden due to dealing with usury. He must repent sincerely, and whoever repents, Allah Will Accept their repentance. As for the device, there is no need to sell it. And Allah Knows Best
Islamic creed is a comprehensive creed, and if there is any defect, the creed of the individual or group is not correct. Is the creed of the Sufis correct or not?
Sufism is the practice of applying knowledge; this is how Al-Imam Al-Sha'rani defined it. If some among them have deviations in creed, it is not permissible to generalize this to all Sufis, as there are those among them who are acknowledged by all scholars for their knowledge and virtue.
