I took a housing loan from the bank for a 20-year period. Four years have passed, and I recently learned that this loan is usurious. I wish to perform Umrah. Am I permitted to perform it? If not, what should I do?
You are permitted to perform Umrah. Strive to repay the debt in hopes of reducing the amount of usurious interest. Allah Says (What means): "And there are others who have acknowledged their sins. They had mixed a righteous deed with another that was bad. Perhaps Allah will turn to them in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [At-Tawbah/102]. And Allah Knows Best.
What is the ruling on the yellow discharge that comes from a woman during pregnancy?
These discharges are not menstrual blood, but they are impure like urine and break the Wudu (ablution). If the discharge is frequent, its ruling is similar to that of urinary incontinence. The woman should perform wudu after the time of each prayer, pray the obligatory prayer, and any additional prayers she wishes, read the Quran, and take precautions against impurity to the best of her ability. What is the ruling on loudly sending prayers on the Prophet (PBUH ) after the call for prayer Athaan?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds Sending prayers on the Prophet after Athaan is a Sunnah for the Mou`zen (caller for prayer ) and the hearer. However, there is no harm in doing it loudly after the end of Athaan, but sometimes, it shouldn`t so that people wouldn`t think that it is an integral part of the Athaan. And Allah Knows Best.
Is it permissible for a person to give the Zakah (obligatory charity) to his daughter-in-law?
Yes, it is permissible for a person to give the Zakah to his daughter-in-law if she was poor, and none provided for particularly by whom are obliged to provide for her. And Allah Knows Best.
