The Fatwa Department of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan was founded in 1921. Since its formation, it has relied upon Hanafi fatwas which were in use during the Ottoman era, and the Mufti has answered the questions of members of the public, whether they relate to worship or financial transactions or personal statutes, and it has assigned a mufti to each judge in cities both large and small. If your work is lawful and has no effect on your beliefs, then there is no sin on you and do your best to represent the true face of Islam. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

What is the ruling on someone who perform their prayer after finishing it because they believe they missed a Rak'a, a prostration, or that they did not perform it correctly (thinking their prayer was invalid)?

If he was sure that his prayer is void then reperforming it is an obligation along with figuring out the reason of invalidity so long as this wasn't out of uncertainty. And Allah Knows Best.

Does Husband fasting while being impure for having sexual intercourse with his wife at night permissible?

Yes it is permissible for you to fast because impurity isn't among valid fasting conditions, but you are obliged to perform ritual impurity in order to catch up Fajr prayer at its due time. And Allah Knows Best.

Is it true that whatever is dry is pure even if there was impurity on it?

The impure material object does not soil (make impure) anything else unless the impurity is wet and transferable. But, if the impurity is dry or non-transferable, then there is no problem. Fuqaha has stated that: There is no disagreement between Muslim scholars that when a dry impurity touches something dry it does not make the latter impure.

Is the one who doesn`t offer prostration of recitation during Quranic recital considered sinful?

Prostration of Quranic recital is a Sunnah due on whosoever recites a verse that contains a prostration. It is also a Sunnah for the reader and the listener. However, none of them is considered sinful for not offering it, but they deprive themselves from a great reward. It is obligatory to offer the prostration of Quranic recital in congregational prayer following the lead of the Imam.
