Your Treacherous Nature won`t Intimidate Us

 

The ISIS terrorists continue sending messages threatening people and national security and vowing to carry out more terrorist operations, in addition to mobilizing their sleeper cells and lonely wolves. 

They reinforce these heinous messages with sadistic scenes, which involve beheadings and slaughtering; a solid evidence of their cruelty, barbarism, aberrant behavior, mercilessness and disrespect for human dignity.

They are monsters in human clothing, sick individuals disguising in the cloak of Islam to vent their psychic complexes and hatred against the society to which they belong. They try to cover their deficiency and failure under the pretext of freedom and establishing the caliphate.

What kind of battle is this group managing and against whom? They are killing Muslims in Iraq and Sham (Syria) and carrying out cowardly suicide attacks. Surprisingly, they call these heinous crimes Jihad in the cause of Allah although they are merely devilish operations in support for the enemies of Islam.

They have overlooked the fact that the true battle of the Muslims is one of development, building, and preserving dignity since sanctities can`t be liberated through cowardly barbaric acts. Rather, there has to be material and moral strength founded on truth, justice, and respect of human rights. This very meaning is embodied in the verse (What means): "Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power." [Al-Anfal/60].

No state can be established without safeguarding right and justice and preserving human dignity. This is a difficult mission that can`t be accomplished save by those whom Allah has blessed with success as well as the forward-looking competitors aspiring for the pride of the Muslim nation.

The loyal tribes of Jordan are the builders and guardians of the homeland while the terrorists try to destabilize the country and jeopardize the safety and security of the citizens, but no way!

These treacherous terrorist attempts will only increase our insistence on moving forward at all levels of development and respect for human rights. We, by the permission of Allah, weren`t and won`t be intimidated by your terrorist attempts because we believe in divine decree and are eager to be martyred in the cause of Allah since our life and death are for Allah alone.

As for our brave army and security forces, they are our sons and brothers to whom we are truly grateful and they will remain the strong fortress defending our homeland.

Finally, it is no secret that Islam is the religion of peace, mercy, knowledge, development, civilization and respect for human rights. What the terrorists say and do contradicts the teachings of true Islam, which is innocent from them and their acts. Rather, these heinous acts represent their evil spirits and sick souls.

Our Master the Prophet ﷺ said: 'It is more excellent for a woman to pray in her house than in her courtyard, and more excellent for her to pray in her private chamber than in her house.' Therefore, a woman’s adherence to her home and her refraining from going to the mosques—in obedience to the command of Allah the Exalted—attains a great reward and abundant recompense. Furthermore, women praying in congregation within their homes is better than their attendance at the mosques, based on the aforementioned Hadith. And Allah the Exalted knows best.

When does the time for Udhiyah begin?

 
In the Name of Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon our Master, the Messenger of Allah.
 
The permissible timeframe for Udhiyah (sacrificial offering) begins on the day of Eid al-Adha—the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah—once the sun has risen and a period of time sufficient to perform two brief prayer units (Rak'ahs) and two short sermons (Khutbahs) has passed. This window remains open until the sun sets on the final day of Tashreeq, which is the 13th of Dhul-Hijjah.
 
Our Master, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), said: "Every valley of Mina is a place of sacrifice, and slaughtering may be done throughout all the days of Tashreeq." (Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi and Ibn Hibban)
 
The days of Tashreeq refer to the 11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah.
 
The most virtuous time to perform the sacrifice is immediately after concluding the Eid prayer, based on the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The first thing we do on this day of ours is to pray, then we return and offer our sacrifice. Whoever does that has acted in accordance with our Sunnah (tradition), and whoever slaughters before that, it is merely meat he has provided for his family; it has nothing to do with the ritual sacrifice." (Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
 
What is meant here is an estimation of time rather than the actual performance of the prayer itself, as our Master, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), used to offer the Eid al-Adha prayer immediately after sunrise.
 
The sacrifice is valid if performed at any time during these designated days, whether by day or by night, though slaughtering at night is considered disliked (Makruh). And Allah the Almighty Knows Best.

I broke my oath and am now obligated to pay the expiation for a broken oath (kaffārat al-yamīn). Would it be valid to fulfill this by inviting the poor and needy to a meal for them to eat from?

The expiation for a broken oath (kaffārat al-yamīn) is given to the poor (fuqarā') and needy (masākīn), and it must be given in the form of ownership (tamlīk) transferred to them of the required amount — namely, one mudd of the staple food of the locality, or its equivalent monetary value. It isn`t valid to invite the poor or needy to a meal prepared for them to eat from, as this does not constitute "ownership" (tamlīk) but merely "permission to partake" (ibāḥah).
Imam al-Shirbīnī (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "What is intended is that ownership be transferred to them; therefore, providing them with lunch or dinner [as a meal to eat from] isn`t valid." [Summarized from Mughnī al-Muhtāj,Vol. 5/P.50]. And Allah the Almighty knows best.

Kidney dialysis breaks the fast because the dialysis fluid is nutritive, as confirmed by medical experts. Additionally, it involves the entry of substances into the body cavity (jauf).
A patient undergoing dialysis must make up for that day after Ramadan. If they are unable to do so, they must pay fidyah by feeding one needy person for each day they missed.
