Resolution No. (30): "Ruling on Dealing with Orphans Funds in Long-Term Transactions"

What is the ruling on the criteria adopted by Orphans' Fund Development Foundation?

The Board is of the view that the criteria adopted by the aforementioned foundation is the best for the time being; as well as the Board of Iftaa' urges it to exert more effort as regards continuous development in their methods in order to reach the proper justice while distributing profits and to look for all the means to obtain the best criteria in this regard. And Allah Knows Best.

What is the ruling of Sharia when a man releases his sperm out of his wife`s vagina?

All perfect praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. May His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.
This is called coitus interruptus and it is permissible according to Sharia when practiced by agreement of both spouses. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

I went to the health center today to take an intramuscular injection of Neurorubin B12. The nurse told me that this type of injection breaks the fast because it nourishes the body. Is this true? I have heard that intramuscular injections do not break the fast, but I was unsure about this type, so I decided not to take the injection.
 
 
 
 
 

Therapeutic injections administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly do not invalidate the fast because they do not enter the digestive tract through an open passage. However, intravenous injections containing nutritional fluids do break the fast, as they are akin to food and drink in effect. Be mindful of Allah while awake and he will safeguard you from whatever evil you see while asleep. We advise you to make the pre-sleep supplications. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

Is the marriage, which lacks a valid legal contract, a guardian, and a court registration, valid?

It is incumbent that a valid marriage contract be concluded in the presence of a guardian and two trustful witnesses, and it should be registered in the court to protect the rights of the wife. Actually, a valid marriage contract is what differentiates between sound marriage and fornication.
