Is it permissible for a young man and a young woman to enter into a covenant as a married couple without having a true seclusion (Khalwah) until their marriage contract is officially concluded?
The relation which isn`t based on a marriage contract is forbidden, and entering into a covenant as a married couple is unaccounted for and is from the evil suggestions of the devil.

Whoever doubts the validity of his ablution after finishing it, his ablution is valid. This is because the default is the validity of the ablution, and because doubt after finishing an act of worship doesn`t affect its validity. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
How to pay Zakah (obligatory charity) due on articles of merchandise?
Articles of merchandise are estimated by their whole sale market price at the end of each lunar year, and (2.5%) of their value is paid as Zakah whether it (value) went up, or down compared to actual purchasing price, and whether the increase (profit) was in the article itself such as an increase in the animal`s weight, or in the prices themselves. What is the ruling on mentioning Allah`s name upon slaughtering an animal?

It is Sunnah for the slaughterer to say at the time of sacrificing the Udhiyah: (Bismillah - In the name of Allah); due to the saying of the Almighty: "So eat of that [meat] upon which the name of Allah has been mentioned" [Al-An'am/118]. It is not obligatory; if one leaves it out intentionally or forgetfully, the consumption of the meat remains permissible. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
