It seems that your menstrual cycle lasts seven days, not six. Therefore, you should wait until the bleeding stops, then perform ghusl and pray. And Allah Knows Best.

According to the Hanbali doctrine, it is permissible for the sick to combine prayers. In your case (Asker), it is better that you delay the noon prayer until a few minutes before the afternoon prayer in order to minimize the time span between the two and perform each alone. One who swears by Allah unintentionally and isn`t determined to fulfill his oath, nothing is due on him. [Al-Baqarah/225]. However, it is dispraised for a Muslim to swear frequently.
