It is incumbent that a valid marriage contract be concluded in the presence of a guardian and two trustful witnesses, and it should be registered in the court to protect the rights of the wife. Actually, a valid marriage contract is what differentiates between sound marriage and fornication.

It is not permissible for someone with a physically demanding job to start the day intending to break their fast. They must make the intention to fast at night and begin fasting. A Muslim must make up for any missed fasts, as they are a debt owed to Allah. The Prophet ﷺ said:

Whoever has missed fasts must make them up as long as they are alive and capable of fasting.
