Statement over the Events at Al-Aqsa Mosque

In the Name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions:

The Iftaa` Department of Jordan condemns with the strongest of terms closing Al-Aqsa mosque, violating religious symbols, banning Muslims from performing Friday prayer in the Noble Sanctuary, and not allowing them to enter it. The Dept. reiterates that these provocations constitute a flagrant violation of Islamic sanctities and freedom of religion, heart the feelings of Muslims worldwide, and violate human rights as well as international human rights law.

We call upon the international community and the Islamic states in particular to shoulder their responsibilities by ending these barbaric acts. Indeed, it is the duty of every Muslim to defend Al-Aqsa mosque from different dangers and violations. Under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah the second, Jordan has dedicated all its resources for the restoration and protection of Al-Aqsa mosque. In fact, this emanates from the historical and spiritual responsibility of the Hashemite family whose ancestry traces back to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). We pray that Allah safeguards Al-Aqsa mosque and favors Muslims with taking it back. And all perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds.

Therefore, if he wanted to stop her from helping her family, then there is no harm in not telling him.

And what is the stance of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah regarding the group that killed Al-Husayn ibn Ali (may Allah be pleased with them), particularly those who directly committed the killing, severed his head, and killed members of his family?

Most of the narrations about the signs of the Hour concerning the Sufyani, who is said to appear before the Mahdi, indicate that he is the leader of the army that will invade the Kaaba, and Allah will cause the earth to swallow them. We disassociate ourselves before Allah from those who killed Al-Husayn Ibn Ali (may Allah be pleased with them), supported his killing, or encouraged it, whether openly or secretly. I wear braces because I had an accident. However, Iam afraid that I could die and be buried while wearing them because they are permanent installation. Is this forbidden? I also wear false teeth. Should I ask my children to pull them out after I die?

If the braces are worn to get teeth back to normal, then there is no sin in that and there is also no harm in wearing false teeth. Moreover, you don`t have to have them removed after your passing away as this undermines the dignity of the dead. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

What is the semi-circular structure attached to the Holy Kabah?

The semi-circular structure attached to the Holy Kabah is Hijr Al-Kabah (is a low wall originally part of the Kabah) and passing behind it is an obligation while making Tawaf because it is a part of the Holy Kabah. And Allah Knows Best.
