All perfect praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. May His peace and blessings be upon Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.
There is no harm in manufacturing and selling accessories that feature plant designs, such as a clover flower and similar shapes. It is also permissible to make accessories in the shape of an Oud, violin, or similar musical instruments.
As for using such accessories with the belief that they bring benefit or ward off harm independently of Allah, this is prohibited in Islamic law. The belief of the user does not affect the ruling on manufacturing them.
In a hadith narrated by Imran Ibn Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man wearing a brass ring on his hand. And asked: "What is this ring?" The man replied: "It is for protection against weakness." The Prophet (PBUH) said: "Remove it, for it will only increase your weakness." [Ibn Majah].
In conclusion, there is no harm in making and owning accessories shaped like a clover flower, as long as there is no belief in harm or benefit associated with it. Likewise, it is permissible to make accessories shaped like musical instruments, such as the Oud and similar items. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
