The General Ifta Department web site won the golden prize (first rank) as the best government electronic web site in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the year 2009.

Several formal web sites participated in the competition which was held by the JORDAN WEB AWARDS.

It is worth mentioning that there are several criteria adopted by the evaluation committee when choosing the winner site. Some of these criteria are related to the ideas, creativity, easy browsing, content, visual art, and degree of being interactive with site visitors.

Talking to a person from the opposite sex is forbidden in Islam because it entails a great deal of evil, which could lead to a graver sin. Moreover, Islam forbids having a friend from the opposite sex. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

Generally speaking, I`m dutiful to my mother and opt for obeying her. However, she chose a certain girl to be my future wife, but I`m not pleased with her choice although that girl comes from a good family and enjoys good character. The person most entitled to deliver a baby is a Muslim woman, then a woman from the People of the Book, then a woman from the disbelievers, then a Muslim man, then a man from the People of the Book. However, if there was no woman to deliver the baby, then it is permissible for a male doctor do deliver it. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

What is the ruling of Sharia when a man releases his sperm out of his wife`s vagina?

This is called coitus interruptus and it is permissible according to Sharia when practiced by agreement of both spouses. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
