A woman went for Hajj while pregnant, gave birth after leaving Arafat, and was unable to perform the Tawaf Al-Ifadah. If she cannot stay until she becomes pure from postpartum bleeding (Nifas) and she is from a distant country, what is she liable for?
This woman is advised to leave Mecca in a state of Ihram if the caravan departs. Once she reaches a distance where returning to Mecca is not feasible, she should consider herself in a state of being prevented (Muhsar). She may then exit Ihram, and she is required to offer a sacrificial animal (Blood) at that location. Additionally, she must perform a compensatory Hajj at the earliest possible opportunity. And Allah Almighty Knows Best.
Should a woman who broke her fast because of delivery make up for missed fasting days before the next Ramadhaan, and what is the expiation due on her in case she delayed making up for them ?
She should make up for missed fasting days before the start of next Ramadan if possible, but if she didn`t while being able to, then she is obliged to make up for them along with feeding a needy person for each delayed day of the missed fasting days. However, if she wasn`t able to make up for the missed fasting days before the start of next Ramadan, she has to fast a day for every day that she missed, and no ransom is due on her. My headcloth is causing me a terrible headache and severe shortsightedness. Is it permissible for me to take it off?

If the headcloth Khimar is harmful, it is sufficient to wear the Niqab (face-veil). However, with the passage of time you will get used to the Khimar and these symptoms will go away. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
Is it allowed for me to donate a flat to each of my children except one considering that the tuition fees I paid for the latter`s university study are equal to the price of the flat? In other words, he has received his share and this is why I`m donating a flat to my other children?
