Is supplicating in Qunoot, at times of affliction, during obligatory and voluntary prayer a Sunnah, and should it be done before Rukoo` (bowing), or after it?
At times of affliction, it is a Sunnah that Muslims supplicate in Qunoot after the final Rukoo` of each obligatory, or voluntary prayer as individuals, or in congregation.
Has Islam made it incumbent on us to give our children particular names?
No, it hasn`t, but it is desirable that we give them good names.
Is the Woman wearing an Islamic veil permitted to uncover the veil in front of her brother in law, husband of paternal uncle`s daughter and husband of sister in law?

The punishment for Zina (Adultery and extramarital relations) is the same for men and women: 100 lashes for the unmarried to be witnessed by a group of the believers. A sixteen-year-old young woman suffers from Alopecia, and lost her hair and eyebrows as a result. Is it allowed to draw her eyebrows using henna and an eyeliner?
All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
It is permissible for women to use henna and what the asker has mentioned isn`t considered hair extension. However, if this young woman is proposed to, she must disclose this matter to the person proposing to her to avoid deception. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
