The General Iftaa` Department launched its channel on the Whatsapp social communication application, providing citizens with the opportunity to follow fatwas, Iftaa` Council`s Resolutions, and videos issued by the Department.

The launching of this service comes with the aim of sharing the religious views of the General Iftaa` Department on issues concerning daily life situations. It seeks to promote awareness, guidance, correct any misconceptions, and enhance the content published through this application to convey the true message of Islam— moderate and balanced — to the citizens.

How should a woman make up prayers that she missed two days from delivery?

All perfect praise be to Allah,The Lord of The Worlds                                                                                                                                                                        It is prohibited to delay prayer beyond its prescribed fixed time, therefore, the woman in question is obliged to make up missed prayers after delivery and confinement i.e. once she becomes ritually pure. And Allah Knows Best.

A woman went for Hajj while pregnant, gave birth after leaving Arafat, and was unable to perform the Tawaf Al-Ifadah. If she cannot stay until she becomes pure from postpartum bleeding (Nifas) and she is from a distant country, what is she liable for?
 

This woman is advised to leave Mecca in a state of Ihram if the caravan departs. Once she reaches a distance where returning to Mecca is not feasible, she should consider herself in a state of being prevented (Muhsar). She may then exit Ihram, and she is required to offer a sacrificial animal (Blood) at that location. Additionally, she must perform a compensatory Hajj at the earliest possible opportunity. Zakah (obligatory charity) is due on deposited gold if it reached Nissab (minimum amount liable for Zakah), and a lunar year had lapsed over owning it. The due Zakah is (2.5%). And Allah Knows Best.
