The General Iftaa` Department launched its channel on the Whatsapp social communication application, providing citizens with the opportunity to follow fatwas, Iftaa` Council`s Resolutions, and videos issued by the Department.

The launching of this service comes with the aim of sharing the religious views of the General Iftaa` Department on issues concerning daily life situations. It seeks to promote awareness, guidance, correct any misconceptions, and enhance the content published through this application to convey the true message of Islam— moderate and balanced — to the citizens.

Is the two Raka's after Friday Prayer an act of Sunna?

Performing Two prostrations after the call of Friday's Athan is an act of Sunna, since Al-Bukhari stated in his Sahih: (The chapter of praying before and after Friday's prayer). This indicates that he mentions Friday's prayer exactly as the Duhr prayer (Afternoon prayer) as regards praying before and after the call of Athan. And Allah Knows Best. 

Is it permissible for a woman whose menses exceeded (15) days to pray, fast and do what was prohibited on her to do during the latter period?

If the menses exceeded 15 days then it is deemed menstruation, and in this case she is obliged to pray and fast and to do what was impermissible for her to do during the latter period. In addition, she is obliged to make an ablution for each obligatory prayer after it's due time and making sure that impuity is removed. Staring/looking at the Holy Ka'abah is an act of worship even if this took place while performing a prayer, since Al-Baihaqee stated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: " Staring at the Holy Ka'abah is an act of devotion." [Sho'aab Al-Imaan]. And Allah Knows Best.
