How long is the` Iddah (waiting period) of a divorced woman?
The waiting period (iddah) of a divorced woman who is pregnant is until she gives birth. If she is of menstruating age, her waiting period is three menstrual cycles. If she does not menstruate, her waiting period is three months. And Allah Knows Best.
What is the ruling on the yellow discharge that comes from a woman during pregnancy?
These discharges are not menstrual blood, but they are impure like urine and break the Wudu (ablution). If the discharge is frequent, its ruling is similar to that of urinary incontinence. The woman should perform wudu after the time of each prayer, pray the obligatory prayer, and any additional prayers she wishes, read the Quran, and take precautions against impurity to the best of her ability. This person must return to the fold of Islam by uttering the two testimonies of faith and making repentance to Allah from all acts that lead to disbelief. Also, he must make a new marriage contract because the old one was dissolved after he had committed this act of disbelief. Moreover, since there is no waiting period for his wife, then she is in state of Talaq ba`en baynona Soghra (Minor irrevocable divorce); consequently, she can get back to him only by a new marriage contract. Is it permissible for a woman to inherit the same share as of a man?

Thorough studies in which woman's right to inherit according to law of distribution of estate indicates that there are more than one case by which women inherit the same as man and sometimes much more, or to shed the lights regarding the right to inherit while men who share the same family line with her don't have the right to inherit because the deceased has closer ties of kinship with her. In addition to four cases whereas woman inherits half share in comparison with man's share although they had the same degree of kinship with the deceased.
