What is the ruling of Sharia on unregistered marriage?

In order for a marriage contract to be considered valid, there has to be a Wali (Guardian) of the bride, two honorable witnesses and the contract has to be documented at an Islamic court. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
Is it permissible for a father to disinherit his disobedient, alcohol consuming son and his daughter who had fled home and never returned?

It is permissible to give heirs some money because of their being extra obedient or needy. As far as inheritance is concerned, it is to be divided after one`s death, so it had better be left to the court itself. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
Is a Muslim is Permitted to Pray Wearing Shoes?

He said: "Yes." Moreover, Ibn Rajab (May Allah have mercy on his soul) said: "Performing prayer wearing slippers/shoes is permissible according the majority of the Muslim scholars." What is the ruling on having slight discharges of menstrual blood during daytime of Ramadan, and before Maghrib time?
A woman who is certain that her menses have started during daytime of Ramadan is in a state of menstruation, and her fasting is considered broken at first sight of blood. However, she is rewarded for not breaking fast at the beginning of daytime.
