After I had prayed, I found a drop of menstrual blood and was unsure when that happened; what is the ruling on my prayer and fast?

Your prayer and fast are correct ,and you should not make up for them, and we ask Allah, The Almighty, to duely reward you for these acts of worship. Your menses start once you see blood because the situation remains as such unless there is certainty or predominant conjecture, as per the Fiqh maxim: "Certainty is not removed by doubt". Is the woman who do breastfeeding permitted to break the fast during Ramadan?
It is permissible for pregnant and breastfeeding women to break their fast during Ramadan if they fear harm to themselves or their child. However, they must make up for the missed fasts. If the fast is broken out of concern for the fetus or the baby, expiation (Fidya) is also required along with making up the missed fasts. The expiation involves feeding one needy person with an amount equivalent to a Mudd of food (approximately 600 grams of wheat or rice) for each day of missed fasts. If the fast is broken out of concern for the woman's own health, only making up missed fasts is obligatory. And Allah Knows Best.
What should one who made an intention, at night, to make up for a missed fasting day, but broke his fast on the next day?
One who started making up a missed fasting day, then broke his/her fast without a legitimate reason is considered sinful, and is only obliged to make up for the missed fasting days. And Allah Knows Best.

This is impermissible, as it involves taking money without providing something of value in return according to Islamic law. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
