" The General Iftaa` Department Denounces Targeting Mecca and the Islamic Sanctities "

 

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.
The General Iftaa` Department strongly denounces the terrorist and cowardly act that targeted Mecca and its sanctities.
Allah, The Almighty, has favored His servants with making Mecca and its environs a secure sanctuary. He said: "Have We not established for them a secure sanctuary, to which are brought as tribute fruits of all kinds,- a provision from Ourselves? but most of them understand not. "{Al-Qasas/57}. He also said: " Do they not then see that We have made a sanctuary secure, and that men are being snatched away from all around them? Then, do they believe in that which is vain, and reject the Grace of God?"{Al-Ankabut/67}. He also added: "Who provides them with food against hunger, and with security against fear (of danger)."{Quraysh/4}.
Allah has made any violation committed in the Sacred Mosque  an act of wrong-doing that entails the most grievous penalty, so what should be the penalty of those who intended to attack, destroy, and terrorize the secure people there?!!!Allah, The Almighty, said in this regard: "As to those who have rejected (God), and would keep back (men) from the Way of God, and from the Sacred Mosque, which We have made (open) to (all) men - equal is the dweller there and the visitor from the country - and any whose purpose therein is profanity or wrong-doing - them will We cause to taste of a most Grievous Penalty."{Al-Hajj/25}. Ibn Mas`oud(May Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a man in Adan intended to do wrong at the House of God, Allah will cause him to taste the most Grievous Penalty."{Tafseer Al-Razi, 23/218}. The Muslim faith as well as the human conscience prohibit committing any criminal act against sanctities and places of worship at times of conflict, so honoring these holy sites and ending blood-shed is obligatory and customary amongst nations.
We pray that Allah protects Muslims and their countries against every adversity, and all perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) says: "Be mindful of Allah and He will protect you." Part of this is protecting whatever contains the name of Allah. Therefore, if you see a paper containing Allah's name thrown in the street, then you should grab it and similar papers, then burn them in a clean place. Doing so is permissible because Othman (May Allah be pleased with him) has burnt copies of the Quran which didn`t match the main Mus-haf. However, you aren`t required to collect every paper in the street. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

What is the stance of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah regarding the historical figure known as 'the Sufyani,' who some say will appear at the end of times? And what is the stance of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah regarding the group that killed Al-Husayn ibn Ali (may Allah be pleased with them), particularly those who directly committed the killing, severed his head, and killed members of his family?

Most of the narrations about the signs of the Hour concerning the Sufyani, who is said to appear before the Mahdi, indicate that he is the leader of the army that will invade the Kaaba, and Allah will cause the earth to swallow them. We disassociate ourselves before Allah from those who killed Al-Husayn Ibn Ali (may Allah be pleased with them), supported his killing, or encouraged it, whether openly or secretly. I work at a company that provides cash advances of 800 dinars, 1000 dinars, or 1200 dinars, depending on the employee’s years of service. An administrative fee of 40 dinars is deducted from the amount in the first month, and the remaining amount is repaid in installments. We fear that the deducted amount may be a means of circumventing interest (Riba). If the deducted amount is equal to or less than the actual administrative expenses, then there is no issue, as some scholars permit the borrower to bear the costs of documenting and managing the loan. However, piety suggests refraining from taking this loan under these conditions, as dealing with private individuals and companies is not the same as dealing with the state, which spends from the public treasury. And Allah Knows Best.
