All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.
The General Iftaa` Department strongly denounces the terrorist and cowardly act that targeted Mecca and its sanctities.
Allah, The Almighty, has favored His servants with making Mecca and its environs a secure sanctuary. He said: "Have We not established for them a secure sanctuary, to which are brought as tribute fruits of all kinds,- a provision from Ourselves? but most of them understand not. "{Al-Qasas/57}. He also said: " Do they not then see that We have made a sanctuary secure, and that men are being snatched away from all around them? Then, do they believe in that which is vain, and reject the Grace of God?"{Al-Ankabut/67}. He also added: "Who provides them with food against hunger, and with security against fear (of danger)."{Quraysh/4}.
Allah has made any violation committed in the Sacred Mosque  an act of wrong-doing that entails the most grievous penalty, so what should be the penalty of those who intended to attack, destroy, and terrorize the secure people there?!!!Allah, The Almighty, said in this regard: "As to those who have rejected (God), and would keep back (men) from the Way of God, and from the Sacred Mosque, which We have made (open) to (all) men - equal is the dweller there and the visitor from the country - and any whose purpose therein is profanity or wrong-doing - them will We cause to taste of a most Grievous Penalty."{Al-Hajj/25}. Ibn Mas`oud(May Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a man in Adan intended to do wrong at the House of God, Allah will cause him to taste the most Grievous Penalty."{Tafseer Al-Razi, 23/218}. The Muslim faith as well as the human conscience prohibit committing any criminal act against sanctities and places of worship at times of conflict, so honoring these holy sites and ending blood-shed is obligatory and customary amongst nations.
We pray that Allah protects Muslims and their countries against every adversity, and all perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds.

Yes, it is permissible for a woman to wear underwear while performing Umrah. This is because she should keep her regular clothes that cover all her body while being in a state of Ihram (ritual consecration) for Hajj, or Umrah. However, she should uncover her face and hands, but it is permissible for her to let her head-covering garment drape from her head down over her face when non-Mahram (i.e., marriageable) men pass by her. For a woman whose husband has died, the 'Iddah*  is four months and ten days after the death of her husband. If a woman is pregnant, the 'Iddah lasts until she gives birth. Moreover, she has to mourn, not wear gold, perfume nor saffron-colored garment. The evidence on this is that The Prophet (PBUH) said: "It is not lawful for a Muslim woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to mourn for more than three days, except for her husband, for whom she should mourn for four months and ten days." [Agreed upon]. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
 
*The iddah is a waiting period that a Muslim woman observes after the death of her husband or after a divorce. The Quran says: For those men who die amongst you and leave behind wives, they (the wives) must confine themselves (spend iddah) for four months and ten days.

Talking to one's fiancée in Ramadan with romantic talk may lead to arousal, and if pre-ejaculate fluid (Madhy) is discharged as a result, it does not break the fast. However, it is advised to avoid actions that provoke desire and lead to this outcome. If semen (Mani) is discharged as a result, it does break the fast.
 
 
 
 
 

 

 

 

The discharge of Madhy doesn't invalidate one's fasting but it invalidates the ablution and his clothes must be washed because they are impure in this case. As for Mani, it breaks one's fast and making up invalidataed  is obligatory, beside; a Muslim suitor should abstain from these matters during Ramadan and not to degrade the holy month to this extent. He must pray regularly so as not to be admitted into Hell; however, you must obey him in lawful matters even if he doesn`t pray on regular basis because he is considered a disobedient Muslim and not an infidel. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
