What you have mentioned requires a detailed medical report since the benefit of every organ that you have lost deserves a full Diya (In Islamic law, Diya is the financial compensation paid to the victim or heirs of a victim in the cases of accidental murder, bodily harm or property damage). Moreover, the decrease in the benefit of some organs has to be assessed by expert doctors and allocated a percentage from the Diya accordingly. Therefore, we advise you to refer the matter to the courts or reconcile with the driver and forgive him so that Allah may forgive you. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

Allah The Almighty Says (What means): "O you who have believed, fear Allah and be with the truthful" [At-Tawbah/119]. False statements contradict truthfulness, and it is not permissible to write them. I am pregnant with four twins since two months although I didn't have childbearing potential during the last four years. In addition, the doctor specialized in reprusccusions, already has notified me about the possible reprusccusions as a result of being pregnant with four twins as follows: abortion, Metrorrhagia, Premature birth, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes and the like. What is the ruling on aborting some of the aforementioned embryos? A medical report was attached in which the status of my question is clarified.

If the existence of the four embryos leads to critical reprusccusions/or threat on mother's health, life or a possibility of aborting all of them, then aborting one/two/three is permissible mitigate the above mentioned risks so long as the ages of the embryos don't exceed four months.
