• What is the ruling on a woman shaking hands with the brothers of her husband`s father, and not putting on Islamic wear before them?
The aforesaid are strangers to the their brother`s son`s wife, therefore, it is forbidden for her to take off her Islamic wear before them, or to shake hands with them.
• Although engaged to be married, a man committed adultery with another woman. What is the ruling of Sharia on this?

There is no sin on the woman to whom this man is engaged; however, he is considered a cheater and must receive the punishment prescribed in Sharia. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
• Should water be put in the deceased`s mouth and nose while washing him/her?
No, it shouldn`t.
• What is the ruling on praying while wearing shoes?

There is no harm for a Muslim to pray wearing shoes or slippers so long as they are pure, since a man asked Anas Ibn Malik "Did the Prophet (PBUH) use to offer the prayers with his shoes on?" He said, "Yes."
Moreover, Ibn Rajab (May Allah have mercy on his soul) said(What means):" Performing prayer wearing slippers/shoes is permissible according the majority of the Muslim scholars." [Fatih Al-Bary,V.2/P.274]. And Allah knows best.
