It is permissible for the wife to remove her body hair with a razor or hair removal creams or by plucking to adorn herself to her husband. Rather, it is desirable for her to do so particularly at the request of husband.
Moreover, laser hair removal is permissible unless it was proven that it has adverse health effects or led to uncovering the Awrah (The area between the navel and the knee, according to the majority of Fuqaha), which is the case in many beauty shops. If the latter is true, then using the laser is impermissible because uncovering the Awrah is only permissible in case of necessity and removing hair isn`t. And Allah the Almighty Knows Best.
