Subject : Prayer of Person Unable to Perform Ghusl or Wudu`

Question :

Some people are unable to perform Wudu `due to sickness. They are also unable to make Tayammum using soil or stones. How should they perform prayer?


The Answer :

All perfect praise be to Allah The Lord of the Worlds and may his peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.


Whoever is unable to perform Ghusl (Full-body ritual purification) or Wudu`(Ritual ablution) and couldn`tdo Tayammum (Dry ablution) as well is called, according to jurists, (Faqid At-Tahoorain) and his prayer is, Insha`allah, acceptable and valid. We pray that Allah Cures and Helps such individuals to perform acts of devotion as prescribed in Sharia.And Allah Knows Best.
