Can a person required to give kaffarah feed it to their own family members?
The kaffarah must be given to the poor and needy who are not financially dependent on the one giving the kaffarah.
If a person feeds it to their own family members, it does not count as kaffarah, and their obligation remains unfulfilled.

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds It is permissible for a sick person, who is unable to stand up, to offer prayer while sitting on a chair. If he/she was unable to prostrate while on the chair, the he/she should pray while sitting on the ground, but if he/she was neither able to bow (Roku),nor to prostrate, then he can do them while sitting on the chair. It is Sunnah for the slaughterer to say at the time of sacrificing the Udhiyah: (Bismillah - In the name of Allah); due to the saying of the Almighty: "So eat of that [meat] upon which the name of Allah has been mentioned" [Al-An'am/118]. It is not obligatory; if one leaves it out intentionally or forgetfully, the consumption of the meat remains permissible. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
