I want to buy a house by having a loan from a bank?
If taking a loan from usrious banks it is impermissible; on the other hand, if this took place through Islamic ones then it is permissible to get the loan, since Allah the Most Exalted Said (What means): "And Allah has made buying lawful and forbidden usury (riba)." And Allah Knows Best.

Usury (interest) is prohibited by Islamic law, and the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, its recorder, and its witnesses. Whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate them with something better and greater, and Allah will provide relief after hardship. This is because the body of the deceased typically decomposes and may release impure substances, and it is not allowed to expose the Quran to impurity. There is no harm on reciting verses of the Holy Qur'an over water and use it for cure. And Allah Knows Best.
