" The General Iftaa` Department Denounces Targeting Mecca and the Islamic Sanctities "

 

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.
The General Iftaa` Department strongly denounces the terrorist and cowardly act that targeted Mecca and its sanctities.
Allah, The Almighty, has favored His servants with making Mecca and its environs a secure sanctuary. He said: "Have We not established for them a secure sanctuary, to which are brought as tribute fruits of all kinds,- a provision from Ourselves? but most of them understand not. "{Al-Qasas/57}. He also said: " Do they not then see that We have made a sanctuary secure, and that men are being snatched away from all around them? Then, do they believe in that which is vain, and reject the Grace of God?"{Al-Ankabut/67}. He also added: "Who provides them with food against hunger, and with security against fear (of danger)."{Quraysh/4}.
Allah has made any violation committed in the Sacred Mosque  an act of wrong-doing that entails the most grievous penalty, so what should be the penalty of those who intended to attack, destroy, and terrorize the secure people there?!!!Allah, The Almighty, said in this regard: "As to those who have rejected (God), and would keep back (men) from the Way of God, and from the Sacred Mosque, which We have made (open) to (all) men - equal is the dweller there and the visitor from the country - and any whose purpose therein is profanity or wrong-doing - them will We cause to taste of a most Grievous Penalty."{Al-Hajj/25}. Ibn Mas`oud(May Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a man in Adan intended to do wrong at the House of God, Allah will cause him to taste the most Grievous Penalty."{Tafseer Al-Razi, 23/218}. The Muslim faith as well as the human conscience prohibit committing any criminal act against sanctities and places of worship at times of conflict, so honoring these holy sites and ending blood-shed is obligatory and customary amongst nations.
We pray that Allah protects Muslims and their countries against every adversity, and all perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds.

A man wishes to offer more than one uḍḥiyah (sacrificial offering), and intends by these sacrifices "on behalf of everyone whom Allah and His Messenger love." Is this intention valid?

All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our master, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
The uḍḥiyah (sacrificial offering) is not valid with this intention, because if the sacrificial animal is from sheep or goats, it suffices for one person only; and if it is from cattle or camels, it suffices for seven persons.
However, one may sacrifice it on his own behalf, and then gift the equivalent of its reward to whomever he wishes.
Imam ar-Ramlī (raḥimahullāh) says: "Ash-Shāfi‘ī (raḍiyallāhu ‘anh) said: It is within the vastness of Allah's bounty, the Exalted, that He rewards the one giving charity as well. From this, the scholars of the madhhab said: it is recommended for a person to intend the charity on behalf of his parents, for example — for Allah, the Exalted, will reward them, without this diminishing his own reward in any way." He then relates, as the relied-upon position, the permissibility of saying: "O Allah, convey the reward of what I have recited specifically to so-and-so, and to the Muslims generally." Az-Zarkashī said: "For reward varies in degree — its highest form is what one designates specifically, and its lowest form is what one dedicates generally [alongside others]." [End of quote from Nihāyat al-Muḥtāj]. And Allah, the Exalted, knows best.

No, it isn`t because he is a non-Mahram (Marriageable) to her.

Undergoing an endoscopic procedure during the day in Ramadan—whether through the mouth, nose, front private part, or back private part—invalidates the fast.
Whoever undergoes such a procedure must refrain from eating and drinking for the rest of the day out of respect for the sacred month and make up for that day after Ramadan.

What is the ruling on storing the meat of sacrificial animals and distributing it throughout the year?

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our Master, the Messenger of Allah.
 
It is disliked (makruh) to store or preserve the meat of sacrificial animals (udhiyah), whether for a short or long period, provided that the sacrifice is slaughtered within its prescribed lawful time, while also taking care to prevent the meat from spoiling. And Allah Almighty knows best.
