Some Blessings of the First Ten Days of Thul-Hijjah

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

1- Doing good deeds on those days is better than doing them on other days: ‎‎‎‎‎it was narrated on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbaas that the Prophet said:‎‎‎‎‎ ‎‎‎‎“No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these days (meaning the first ten days of Thul-Hijjah).”Then some companions of the Prophet said, ”Not even Jihaad ?” He replied: “Not even Jihaad, except that of a man who puts himself and his property in danger (for the Sake of Allaah) and does not return with any of those things.” [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]‎‎‎‎.

2- It was reported that the Prophet(PBUH) used to observe fasting in those days: One of the Prophet`s wives said: “ The Messenger of Allah used to fast nine days of Thul-Hijja, the Day of Ashora`, and three days of every month-Mondays and Thursdays.”{Abu Dawood}.      

3- ‎‎‎‎Allah, The Almighty, Says (what means):‎‎‎‎‎ {‎By the dawn And [by] ten nights}  [Quran 89:1, 2] . The ten nights are the ten days of Thul-Hijjah‎‎‎‎. Allah, The Almighty, swore by these days and He only swears by whatever is exalted and lofty in stature. 

4- Allah, The Almighty, says: “ and celebrate the name of God, through the Days appointed, over the cattle which He has provided for them (for sacrifice).”{Al-Hajj/28}.The Days appointed are the first ten days of Thul-Hijjah as stated by scholars of Tafseer (exegesis).

5- The Prophet(PBUH) said that these days are the best days in life: Jabir(May Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet(PBUH) said: “ The best days of this life are the ten days- the ten days of Thul-Hijja. The companions said: aren`t there days spent for Allah`s sake better than them ?he said: there aren`t, except for a man who goes out for Jihaad . “ {Albazzar& Al-Monziri}

6-‎These days have the Day of ‘Arafah, (the Day of major Hajj )which is the ninth day of Thul-Hijjah.‎ The virtues of this Day are great and innumerable. It was reported that the Prophet(PBUH) urged Muslims-non-pilgrims- to observe fasting on this great Day. He said: "Fasting the Day of Arafah atones the sins committed a year before  it and those which will be committed a year after it."{Muslim}.

7-‎These days have the Day of Nahr (sacrifice) which is the tenth day of Thul-Hijjah, the Day of Eid. This is the best day as stated in the following Hadeeth:‎ ‎‎‎‎"The best of days in the sight of Allah, The Almighty, is the Day of Nahr, then the Day of Qurr( the first day of Tashreeq)." [Ahmad, Abu Daawood: Saheeh chain of narrators]‎‎‎‎.

What is the ruling of Islamic Law on obtaining financing from Islamic banks by bringing invoices in prior arrangement with the seller, then taking the cash after the financing is approved — with the purpose of settling debts and buying a car?

All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our master, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
It appears from the transaction described that its underlying purpose is to obtain cash through resorting to a legal artifice (ḥīlah/tawarruq-style trick), and it is not permissible to engage in such trickery or to coordinate with the various parties merely to obtain liquidity. This is because such artifices bring the sale closer in reality to a ribā-based (usurious) transaction, even if it outwardly appears otherwise.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Do not commit what the Jews committed, thereby making lawful what Allah has made unlawful through the flimsiest of tricks." This was related by Ibn Baṭṭah in his book Ibṭāl al-Ḥiyal (p. 47), and many scholars have graded it as ḥasan (sound/acceptable).
We have already explained the impermissibility of engaging in such deceptive dealings with Islamic banks in Fatwa No. 516, so please refer to it. And Allah, the Exalted, knows best.

A pregnant woman has iron deficiency. When she showers, she becomes very tired and feels cold. What is the ruling on tayammum in this situation?

All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our master, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
One should not resort to tayammum (dry ablution) as a substitute for the obligatory ghusl (ritual bathing) so long as it remains possible to use water — for example, by heating the water, warming the place where the bathing takes place, or taking other similar precautions. However, if such measures prove ineffective, or are simply not possible to carry out, and performing ghusl [with cold water] would result in severe harm, then tayammum becomes permissible in that case, due to genuine inability to use water on account of the harm that would result, as described in the question. That said, she must make up (qaḍā') the prayers she performed using this tayammum.
It is stated in Bushrā al-Karīm: "One should not perform tayammum on account of cold unless warming the limbs fails to remove the aforementioned harm, and no means are available to heat the water — such as a vessel, firewood, or fire — and one fears [that using cold water would result in] any of the harms mentioned earlier in the discussion on illness: danger to life, loss of function in a limb, the onset or worsening of an illness, delayed recovery, or the [visible bodily] blemish mentioned in that discussion on illness. In such a case, tayammum becomes permissible due to the harm involved, but the prayer must still be made up afterward (qaḍā'). If, however, warming the body proves effective, or the means to heat the water are available, or none of the aforementioned harms are feared — then tayammum is not permissible, even if using the water causes some degree of discomfort or pain, since mere discomfort alone does not permit resorting to tayammum." And Allah, the Exalted, knows best.

What is the ruling on speaking while relieving oneself?

It is disliked for one relieving himself to speak while doing so, except out of necessity. And Allah the Almighty knows best.

Does the use of suppositories, enemas, or hemorrhoid creams affect the validity of fasting?

Enemas and suppositories inserted through either of the two private passages invalidate the fast. This ruling is based on the statement of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): "Breaking the fast occurs from what enters (the body), not from what exits." [Reported by Al-Bayhaqi in As-Sunan Al-Kubra]
His generalization regarding anything entering the body indicates that it invalidates fasting, whether it is nutritious or not, as even non-nutritious substances resemble food in form.
It is recommended to use them before Fajr or after Iftar. However, if a person must use them while fasting, they should continue refraining from food and drink for the rest of the day and make up for that day later.
