Is it allowed to delegate someone to perform Umrah on behalf of our sick father with the intention that Allah confers recovery upon him?

My husband and I are looking to have a child; however, my husband has saved money to perform Hajj, considering that we are currently in Saudi Arabia. We are now faced with two options: choosing to have a child and postponing Hajj for another two years, considering the difficulty of leaving a child with someone else before they turn one year old, or advancing the Hajj and delaying having a child. Which one is more deserving, and what would you recommend?

I was in Hajj, stood at Arafat, spent the night in Muzdalifah, performed the Jamarat ritual (stoning), and shaved my head. However, I was ill and still is, and couldn't complete the Hajj by performing Tawaf al-Ifadah, Sa'i, and Tawaf al-Wada. Upon entering the state of Ihram, I made the stipulation: "O Allah, I shall be free from Ihram where you detain me." Afterwards, I returned to my home country and Iam now ill and unable to travel to Mecca. Am I considered in state of Ihsar (Obstruction)?

A person performed Umrah during the Hajj season, returned to his/her country passing the Miqat, and later came back to perform Hajj. Is he/she called Mutamatti (the person performing Hajj-ul-Tamattu) and liable for offering animal sacrifice due in this type of Hajj (Hajj-ul-Tamattu)?

I left for Umrah, performed the rites and completed them. After that, I made Ihram (enter into state of ritual consecration) from the mosque of Tan'eim for a second Umrah. While performing Sa'iy, something urgent happened and I didn`t finish this ritual and didn`t make Tahalul. I went to the hotel, took off my Ihram attire, put on my clothes and returned to my country. After that, I was blessed with a baby. What am I liable for?

Is a woman allowed to travel for Hajj or Umrah without a Mahram or her husband?

If there is a man who has saved a sum of money to perform the obligatory Hajj (i.e., Hajj for the first time), and after five years he becomes entitled to enter the randomized lottery for allocating Hajj visas. In the meantime, he has a son who is single and of marriageable age. If he gets his son married, that sum could go short and so he may not be able to perform Hajj. In this case, which takes precedence? Should he do the obligatory Hajj or get his son married?

What is the ruling when an on-duty government employee is unable to wear Ihram clothes during the Hajj season. Is it permissible that he assumes Ihram in ordinary clothes(Non Form-Fitting)?
