The impermissibility as regards being a part of the economic institutions that deal with wines or depend on unlawful revenues/transactions is an obvious matter.
Besides, spending the profit out of the unlawful earnings won't render institutions' partnership/business as a lawful one since according to the Islamic law, end doesn't justify the means.
Further, giving charity from ill-gotten money isn't considered as a charity; rather, it is called getting rid of the unlawful since the Prophet (PBUH) said (What means): "God is good and accepts only what is good." [Related by Moslim]. In addition, getting rid of ill-gotten money is one of repentance's conditions and being a part of such institutions isn't an act of repentance; rather, it is embark boldly upon continuous unlawful earnings and spending the profit on public interests won't render a person sinless but both sincere repentance and giving up unlawful earnings are conditioned in order to be free from the liability.
Therefore, we advise you (Questioner) to avoid being a partner in the hotels mentioned above and how lovely if hotels that don't involve the unlawful were built in which the one who is adherent to the teachings of Islam will have the choice of not being intermingled with sinful people even if they weren't attributed as "5 stars hotels".
