What should a woman who delayed making up for missed fast, due to menstruation, till the start of the next Ramadhaan ?
Whosoever broke fasting in Ramadhaan, and was able to make up for it, but didn`t until the next Ramadhaan started, is obliged to make up for the missed days, and to pay the ransom as well. However, if he/she wasn`t able to before next Ramadhaan due to an excuse, then he/she should only make up for the missed days .
I`m a university student. While I was sitting for an exam, the professor caught my fellow student cheating. I heard him telling her to hide the dossier. After the exam, he asked me to testify that I saw her cheating although I heard him telling her to hide the dossier but didn`t see her cheating. What is the ruling of Sharia on this?

It was narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said to a man: "Do you see the sun?" He replied: "Yes." He said: "Give witness in a similar case [which is as clear as the sun], or leave it." [Reported by Al-Baihaqhi in "Sho`ab Al-Eman" pp.10964]. Therefore, it is not permissible to testify about something that you haven`t actually seen. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
My father passed away before my grandfather. Am I entitled to any share of my grandfather`s inheritance?

According to Islamic courts, you are entitled to what is called obligatory bequest (The distribution of estate to grandchildren who has either lost a parent before the death of the grandparents). Therefore, if your grandfather left such bequest for you, then take that share or else it is more prudent to take nothing. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
Is it permissible for a Muslim physician to specialize in GYNECOLOGY OBSTETRICS, and what is the ruling on working as such?
Some fields of knowledge are an individual duty while others are a collective one, and specializing in GYNECOLOGY OBSTETRICS is a collective duty. However, if there were female physicians to treat women, then there is no need for a male GYNECOLOGY OBSTETRICS specialist to look at women`s Awrahs (private parts) except in necessary situations since the jurisprudential maxim says:” Necessity must only be assessed and answered proportionately.”
