Is it a condition that one should offer two sacrifices for a male newborn?
It is desirable to offer two sheep for a male newborn, and one for a female newborn. Offering one sheep for the male newborn is also permissible as it observes the Prophet`s Sunnah in this regard.
If husband doesn`t pray, but wife does, is their marriage contract considered valid or not?

Not observing daily prayers is a grave sin, but doesn`t invalidate a person`s marriage contract. However, we advise you to save your husband from hellfire by convincing him to observe the prescribed prayers. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
Should one obey his mother even if she was wrong?
Obeying one`s mother is mandatory in matters that are beneficial to her and as long as she drive her children to commit sin.
I have concluded my marriage contract at a Sharia court; however, one day I was talking to my fiancée over the phone and she got on my nerves leading me to utter one divorce. This is knowing that I can`t tell my her father because he is very strict and will not accept that at all. What is the best course of action that I should pursue in this situation?

When divorce takes place before the consummation of marriage it is called Ba`in divorce (Minor irrevocable divoce), so your wife is considered unlawful to you until you conduct a new marriage contract and pay Mahr , and you should visit the Iftaa` Department in order to know the correct Fatwa.
