Is it permissible for the big brother to force his sisters to wear Hijjab(Islamic wear) if their father didn`t do his part in this regard ?
The father`s attention should be drawn gently and politely, and the sisters should also be reminded with good words since Allah, The Almighty, says: “O ye who believe! Save yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is Men and Stones.”{Al-Tahreem/6}.
Is it a condition that one should offer two sacrifices for a male newborn?
It is desirable to offer two sheep for a male newborn, and one for a female newborn. Offering one sheep for the male newborn is also permissible as it observes the Prophet`s Sunnah in this regard.

As regards being married to the person mentioned in your question: The marriage is valid so long as he was the same person your guardian concluded the marriage with, even if he changed his name i.e. if your marriage contract was concluded with the same person, since what counts regarding marriage is the persons not names. What should a woman who is in a state of menstruation, or confinement do if she became ritually pure during the day of Ramadhaan ?
If she became pure during the day time of Ramadhaan, it is desirable for her to fast the rest of that day, and to make up for it along with the days that she had missed due to menstruation.
