All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions.
The prophet (PBUH) is the best man of all times among all mankind as well he is the most adorable and honorable to Allah, The Exalted, The Majestic, for the Prophet (PBUH) said (What means):" I shall be the pre-eminent amongst the descendants of Adam on the Day of Resurrection." [Related by Moslim].
In addition, Allah, The Exalted Has Sent him as a mercy for all mankind and Attributed him by a witness, a bringer of good tidings, a warner and as a lamp that gives light as He, The Exalted, Said (What means): "O Prophet! Lo! We have sent thee as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner. And as a summoner unto Allah by His permission, and as a lamp that giveth light." [Al-Ahzab 45-64].
Besides, a believer won't have a complete faith save if the Prophet (PBUH) is dearer to a person than his own soul, his family and all mankind, because the Prophet (PBUH) said (What means):" None of you believes till I am dearer to him than his father, his child, and all mankind.” [Related by Al-Bukhary] as well, Allah, The Exalted, said (What means):" Say, (O Muhammad, to mankind): If ye love Allah, follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful." [Al-Imran/31].
Insulting Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is considered a one that is directed to all Allah's Apostles, as well a sort of casting doubt on all of the divine messages. Since Muslims make no distinction among Apostles in general, as Allah, Exalted, Said (What means): "The Apostle believeth in what hath been revealed to him from his Lord, as do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believeth in God, His angels, His books, and His apostles. "We make no distinction (they say) between one and another of His apostles." And they say: "We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys." [Al-Baqarah/285]. And because we as (Muslims) don't accept a single insult toward any of the Prophets, a one directed toward Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) won't be taken as well.
Further, the ones who insulted Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) have a lack of knowledge about him, because if they just have read his biography, life and characteristics, they will find out that he (PBUH) is a typical and a role model due to the fact that he enjoys high morals, best virtues and outstanding leadership which will lead them to stand up in terms of respect and dignity to this great Prophet, also there is no reason not to; whereas, Allah, The Exalted purified him in his everlasting Book throughout the ages as, He said (What means):" And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character. [Al-Qalam/4].
In this regard, Allah, The Exalted Undertaken to Guard Prophet Muhammad from men who intend mischief as well as to prevent him from delivering his Divine Message, and this hasn't been given to any of the Prophets, while he (PBUH) was privileged by a safe haven and guarded by Allah, The Exalted from sinful hands that intend mischief toward Prophet Muhammad before the proclamation of his message, since He, The Exalted said (What means):" And Allah will defend thee from men (who mean mischief)." [Al-Maidah/67].
Furthermore, Allah, The Exalted Uncover to His Prophet whosoever attempted to cause him harm and their schemes to defect the authenticity of his message, whereas, He, The Exalted, Replied to their claims in this regard many times and Said (What means): "And your comrade is not mad." [At-Takwir/4]. At times they received a scathing Rebuked by Allah, The Exalted, Where He Said (What means): "Ye follow none other than a man bewitched!" [Al-Isra'/47]. Besides, Allah has enlighten to Prophet (PBUH) the grace that was bestowed upon the latter by Guarding and supporting him as He, Said (What means): "For sufficient are We unto thee against those who scoff." [Al-Hijr/95]; as well as Allah, The Exalted Has Promised to Guard Muhammad (PBUH) at any given time during his lifetime and has intimidated those who declared themselves his vicious enemies as He, Said (What means): "Lo! it is thy insulter (and not thou) who is without posterity." [Al-Kawthar/3].
Therefore, a Muslim is obliged to abide by the ethics and the path of the Holy Quran; such as manifesting the bright image of Islam and the Prophet (PBUH) before the world; in addition to standing up for him against who tries to cast suspicion whether against the personality and the life of the Prophet (PBUH) throughout joining efforts and the effective participation in Media. And Allah Knows Best.
