Is it permissible to perform Tayammum for a month due to a medical condition that requires avoiding water?

It is better to divide all of it as cooked meat amongst the poor and the needy. Dividing it into three portions is a Sunnah, but it is permissible to keep all of it provided that a portion, even a small one, is given to the poor and needy (one kilo for example).

As regards being married to the person mentioned in your question: The marriage is valid so long as he was the same person your guardian concluded the marriage with, even if he changed his name i.e. if your marriage contract was concluded with the same person, since what counts regarding marriage is the persons not names. What is the ruling when a woman forsakes her husband in bed because he doesn`t pray regularly?

He must pray regularly so as not to be admitted into Hell; however, you must obey him in lawful matters even if he doesn`t pray on regular basis because he is considered a disobedient Muslim and not an infidel. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
