Should the Zakah(obligatory charity) giver tell the poor recipient that this is the Zakah of his money?
No, he shouldn`t. But, the Zakah giver should make an intention in his heart that it is the Zakah of his money when he gives it to the poor.
Should vowed fast be offered in consecutive days, or not?
Vowed fast should be offered in line with what was originally intended by the vow-maker, either consecutively, or not.
I am pregnant with more four twins since two months although I didn't have childbearing potential during the last four years. In addition, the doctor specialized in reprusccusions, already has notified me about the possible reprusccusions as a result of being pregnant with four twins as follows: abortion, metrorrhagia, premature birth, high blood pressure, gestational diabetes and the like. What is the ruling on aborting some of the aforementioned embryos? A medical report was attached in which the status of my question is clarified.

If the existence of the four embryos leads to critical reprusccusions on mother's health, pose a threat over her life or abort all of her embryos, then aborting some of them is permissible to ward off some of those risks stipulated that the ages of the embryos don't exceed four months. What should a woman who delayed making up for missed fast, due to menstruation, till the start of the next Ramadhaan ?
Whosoever broke fasting in Ramadhaan, and was able to make up for it, but didn`t until the next Ramadhaan started, is obliged to make up for the missed days, and to pay the ransom as well. However, if he/she wasn`t able to before next Ramadhaan due to an excuse, then he/she should only make up for the missed days .
