The Fatwa Department of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan was founded in 1921. Since its formation, it has relied upon Hanafi fatwas which were in use during the Ottoman era, and the Mufti has answered the questions of members of the public, whether they relate to worship or financial transactions or personal statutes, and it has assigned a mufti to each judge in cities both large and small. Wearing trousers at home isn't prohibited so long as non-Mahrams do not see her. And Allah Knows Best.

This is permissible as long as it doesn`t attract the attention and isn`t considered adornment, and this varies according to the environment in which you live. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

Is it permissible for someone who has forgotten to mention the supplication pertaining to answering the call of nature to say it while in the toilet?

It is disliked for a Muslim to mention Allah while in the toilet, but he/she may recall the supplication in his/her head without uttering it; that is in case he/she had forgotten mentioning it before entering the toilet.

Should vowed fast be offered in consecutive days, or not?

Vowed fast should be offered in line with what was originally intended by the vow-maker, either consecutively, or not.

What is the ruling on a person who isn`t able to fast due to old age, or an incurable disease?

Paying the ransom is due on such a person, and that is giving a Mud (600 grams) of wheat, or rice, or the price of that amount to a needy Muslim for each missed fasting day. And Allah Knows Best.

What is the ruling on exchanging kisses and hugs between husband and wife during the day in Ramadan?

Praise be to Allah The Lord of The Worlds.

It is disliked to kiss one`s wife during the day in Ramadan, and it is recommended to avoid that. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.

What should a person, who delayed making up missed fasts of last Ramadan due to the continuance of the same excuse, do?

It is permissible for one, whose excuse for not making up missed fasts of last Ramadhaan has continued, to delay fasting until the excuse ceases to exist, and he is considered neither sinful, nor obligated to pay a ransom. And Allah Knows Best.
