Is it permissible for one to give the Zakah (obligatory charity) to his indebted brother?
It is permissible for one to give the Zakah to his brother if he was indebted, or poor.
Is the maternal uncle of one`s mother a Maharam?

My father placed shares worth twenty dinars in one of the banks, and their value doubled to become five thousand dinars. What is the Islamic ruling on parents asking son to divorce his wife?
