All perfect praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. May His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.

 

It is permissible to give the name "Al-Qaswa`" to a company or a brand, even though this is the name of Prophet Mohammad`s (Blessings and peace be upon him) she-camel, because, originally, there is no evidence in Sharia stating that this is prohibited. On the contrary, it is preferred to use the names related to Islamic heritage and to add the touch of Islamic culture and civilization to public life. And Allah The Almighty Knows Best.
