All perfect praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. May Allah`s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.

"Nor doth he speak of (his own) desire." {An-Najm, 3} is specific of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and it isn`t permissible to describe any other human being with it. This is attested to in the next verse: "It is naught save an inspiration that is inspired," {An-Najm, 4}.

It isn`t permissible to compare Allah The Almighty with legislators of secular laws.

We assume that the above asker doesn`t intend to compare legislators of secular laws with the Prophet (PBUH). Thus, we don`t accuse him (asker) of Kufr (Disbelief), but this comparison is invalid.

Accordingly, we advise him to ask Allah for forgiveness and avoid saying whatever contradicts the provisions of Sharia Law. The evidence on this is that Allah says, " He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready." {Qaf, 18}.

We ask Allah to help us avoid pitfalls as regards belief, words and deeds. And Allah The Almight Knows Best.
