It isn`t permissible to abort a fetus except when it jeopardizes the mother`s life and in case of special medical condition. Based on the above question, medically speaking, the mother`s life isn`t in danger. Therefore, it isn`t permissible to abort this fetus and We (Iftaa` Department) advise the asker to register her marriage in Islamic court after getting the approval of her guardian to preserve her rights and those of her fetus's.
