All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds. May His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all of his family and companions.

After reviewing the attached copy of the contract of Murabaha to the purchase orderer of the "Money for Finance" Company, it was found out that the above contract doesn`t involve any violations of Sharia. Therefore, this contract is valid, has its resultant Sharia implications, and it is permissible to deal with this company through this contract. 

However, the responsibility of the correct application of the conditions of this contract lies on the Company`s management, so we recommend that it hires a Sharia consultant to verify that the procedures are applied in accordance with the teachings of Sharia in this regard.

It should also be noted that this Fatwa pertains to the attached contract in specific, so the asker is responsible for reading this contract carefully to assert that the contract that he signs is identical to the one for which this Fatwa was issued. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
