All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of The Worlds, and may his blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.
The obligatory Hady in Qiraan and Tamatue type of Hajj as well as any other sacrifices due on a pilgrim in either Hajj or Umrah must be slaughtered within the boundaries of the Haram area.
As far as the above questioner is concerned, the Hady that his family has offered on his behalf in his original country doesn`t avail him; therefore, he should deputize someone to offer that sacrifice on his behalf in the Haram area. If he couldn`t afford it, then he may fast for ten days: three, then seven where he separates the three from the seven with an interval equal to the days which took him to return from Makkah to his country. In conclusion, he should fast three days first, break his fast for the number of days which he spent on his way home, then continue his fast. And Allah Knows Best.
